1970s Embellished Navy Silk Chiffon Pleated Dress hooded The cream and beige fabricThis 1970s Renato Balestra dress was made in Italy of navy silk chiffon. It features a Pierrot style net neckline embellished by white and navy sequins, with beaded ruffle trim around the neckline and cuffs. The top is lined in silk chiffon and the pleated skirt is lined in rayon. It has an interior waist stay, seventeen fabric covered buttons up the back, and a matching 2" wide leather backed belt. There is a small break in the net on the right
